What to do when asked difficult questions

Banking is not an easy career. There will be times when stressful situations will arise, and you have to deal with them in professional and effective manner. This is why during a banking job interview, an interviewer will ask you things besides the normal set of questions. These may be more abstract and less technical, but may prove to be more difficult for you to answer.

Questions like how you dealt with a difficult co-worker or client, and citing challenging situations in your last job are just some of the types of these questions. Always remember to keep your composure and self-control, and never rant. Answer the questions in an objective and straightforward manner, focusing only on what you did right to solve it instead of what other people did wrong.
