Banking Job Interview Common Question

Of course working in a bank is not that easy because your life is always at risk due to bad person robbing banks. But even though its like that its great if you are hired in a bank because most bank have strict application process due to they are protecting their institution. Here are some question that might be asked on you interview:

1) If you are previously employed: why did you left your job? Most interviewer ask this question to find out who is the problem in your previous work. Whether its you, your company or other factor. And the proper way to answer it is to tell the truth because they will pretty much understand you if you tell the truth.

2) Is there any problem you encounter with your previous job? Here they asked this because they want to know what possible problem you might encounter with their company. And the answer again for this question is to be true.
